My mom's email was having all kinds of weird issues she couldn't describe well and NetAssist diagnosed that it was a settings glitch with her clock and got her to fix it. I would have never have guessed that was the issue and honestly am glad I didn't have to try and figure it out with her!

I feel pretty hopeless with new technology and am unsure how to figure things out on my own so this companion has been such a help. I don't know why but it feels easier to explain my issues to it and it patiently guides me through my iPhone and Laptop questions. I like having one phone number I can always call and text for help – it feels like I have a whiz by my side – thank you.
